We were very impressed with Daniel and Kristy-lee's professional attitude and work ethics. We felt comfortable dealing with them, finding them to be genuine ,honest and lovely people, who we felt we could trust. We were rather disappointed with the lack of communication after our contract was signed as I had sent emails concerning advertising statements etc that were not answered. It took numerous phone calls to find the relevant information for final settlement Figures and advertising rebate. We understood that Daniel is extremely busy because he is 100% comitted to his clients, BUT if the process had been explain in detail at the beginning, it would have saved us some stress. We have recommended Daniel and Kristy-lee to others and will do so again Jenny and Chris Elloy

Daniel and Kristy-Lee made us feel like we were in really capable hands. They are both so professional and worked so hard to pursue prospective buyers. The people who bought our home came to the first open home but made an offer 5 weeks later after Kristy-Lee managed to form a good relationship with them communicating regularly and eventually getting them to a point where they were ready to buy. The facebook promotions, the online and newspaper advertising really put our home out there for all to see and i think that is why we got a sale within 6 weeks. A great, stress free outcome in a difficult market.
