We have been privileged to have known Michael Larkings since 2015. After reading an article in the Sunday Telegraph regarding Michael’s fantastic sales result of an auction he had held of a residential property in Sylvania Waters, I decided that I wanted to meet with him to discuss the sale of our family home which we had lived in for the last 16 years. Michael had achieved a record sale price in the area and attracted more bidders and interest in this property than anyone could have imagined. I first came in contact with Michael Larkings in 2014 via telephone conversations during the campaign to sell my marital home in the Sutherland Shire. What would have been a very difficult time was made so much easier through Michael's thoughtfulness and genuine caring qualities. In September I decided to sell my unit – remembering my phone conversations with Michael back in 2014, I had no hesitation calling him. When I did, I was even more pleased to learn he now had his own agency, LOCATION Real Estate Sales & Consulting. I finally got to meet Michael and his lovely wife, Sam. I have to say, it felt like we had known each other for years. He was as pleasant, caring and just as thoughtful as he was when I was dealing with him in 2014 via phone calls. He truly is a gentleman and has unquestionable integrity, something that is difficult to find in many people, let alone real estate agents.
