Four weeks ago, I did not know Rhiff. I had written to three Agents seeking their proposals prior to seeking one - it was Location RE from Caringbah. Their proposal was prompt and very professional. Por first meeting was a few days later where I met Rhiff and Michael where we strategised a short intense marketing campaign in order to be ready for an auction before Christmas on 14 December. When we decided to place the above property for sale, I approached three Shire agents asking for a market estimate price and what were their selling charges. Location's reply was way above the other two in its colourful brochure style and information. We had not had dealings before with any of the three but there was no doubt who was the winner. We had a short time frame to prepare for an auction so immediately met Michael and his son Rhiff to plan strategy. Michael was very clear and precis in outlining advertising steps boyh online and in the local newspaer. He had prebooked a photographer (the next day), then organised smart printed brochures, online adds and adds in the Leader real estate lift-out. Location had a lot of enquiry and he rang each morning to report. They also sent a weekly report covering selling enquiry and yhe most likely buyers. At the auction itself, both he and Rhiff coordinated prospective bidders and liaised with the auctioneer, We owners were very pleased with our auction result and feel sure that it was largely due to Location's efforts and expertise.
