I found the whole process flowed very well. Being able to access the information website was very useful and the regular meetings we had helped to keep us up to date and in the loop of the process of selling the house from start to finish. I felt there was an honesty in the way Rohan Calder interacted with us and given the reputation real estate agents generally have, this is really good. There was a naturalness in the way we were communicated with and this contributed feeling on an equal par and not feeling intimidated by the whole process.
