I saw the property on line, i spoke to Paul several times about the property, he was professional and honest,he told me the apartment had quality fittings,because of Covid19 i wasn't able to inspect property until the 18thSep. I was impressed ,he helped me to move in earlier and saved me a lot of stress. Paul was helpful and considerate. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

Paul is a great agent. We bought a house through Paul many years ago. We leased it out through Gail at Loch Bulmer and have not looked back. They are a fantastic team and over the years we have developed an ongoing working relationship with both Paul and Gail, who have provided any advice and service we have needed with honesty and a commitment above and beyond reasonable expectation. Paul is amazing at what he does and has always achieved prices for us that have been at the top of the market. Recently we even asked Paul to sell a regional property for us remotely. In the price he achieved he pushed up the value of the surrounding properties. Many of my family and friends have now engaged Paul and Gail in their property sales or rental requirements. Oh where do we start? We were beyond stressed trying to find our new home in this COVID-19 property market where there was just not enough stock and every property we were considering was sold way before auction. As we had just sold our home, we went to every property inspection and auction, desperate to find a home for our young family before any lockdown rules came down. Just when we were giving up finding our dream home and deciding reluctantly to find a rental instead, along came Paul's phone call to follow up on a property we had inspected but had initially believed it would sell 100K over our budget. Paul was just Godsend!! He is so knowledgeable, professional, honest and most of all, transparent. When all other Agents were playing games and not returning our calls, all our hope was lost and we became extremely disappointed in the Real estate agents and consequently buying our dream home. Of all the properties we looked at, Paul had been one of the very few who followed up on our inspection. Had not he called, we would have missed out and the Vendor would have missed out on a Purchaser for their property. Not only did Paul make it possible for this mutual transaction, he went above and beyond his duties and dealt with our Solicitor to ensure a smooth sale process. We are tremendously grateful for all of Paul's amazing service and no doubt, will be highly recommending him to our friends and family. I found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market which in the end proved true with a wonderful result in the sale of our mothers house in Watsonia. Paul always kept us updated with the progress of the sale, he was always professional, very easy to talk to, and always took the time to explain and clarify if we were ever uncertain about anything.
