Above and beyond
People, especially tenants say a lot of crap about agents but not Angelo or his team at lofitis. He is the best agent. He goes above and beyond to make sure all is fair and just. I couldn't recommend him any more than I am right now. Angelo is the best agent I've ever dealt with.

Easy to deal with but not responsive
Lofitis were great to deal with when I was first looking for tenants and were able to secure a tenancy quickly. Over time it has been more difficult to get a response to late rent, status of tenants, repairs, change in management etc.

If I can give more than 5 stars I would, Angelo and his team had my place rented within a week !! I'm so greatful with all the help and advice they had given me. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall Excellent Experience
Lofitis Agent helped me to manage my property for over 10 years, they have done fabulous work such as management and maintenance. They are very responsible and trust worthy, if there are any problems, they will find out and discuss potential solutions. Once my property was available to the market, their team could look for the tenants quickly.
