I recently used Loftis rent my new home, and the service has been excellent. From viewing the property, to getting approval and collecting the keys, Lillya made everything run smoothly and efficiently. I have been impressed that when they said something would be sent through it was, and any question I had was answered in a timely manner. I like the lease agreements are electronic, and paying rent by BPAY as I can choose the frequency and accounts to use. To date my experience has been great, and recommend Lillya as a property manager.
