We chose Grant because if the business connection we had with his company LongView who were managing our investment property. From our first meeting till the last which included a potential sale falling through for lack of finance Grant communicates regularly and was able to provide good constructive advice. With his office being on the other side of town I was sceptical that it was a good idea to use him, however he surpassed our expectations. He is both sales hungry & demonstrates empathy as illustrated by his relationship with the tenant & we as Vendors. Highly recommend.
