There is a lot said about Real Estate agents, but if they were all like Matthew Lorimer, then all the negativity around the industry would be untrue! Where do I start about our Journey selling with Matt Lorimer! We interviewed numerous agents form the area and matt was the only one who was not only born and bred in the suburb but has sold in it his whole career so knows it intimately. This gives a seller a unique position of knowing his advice is not only solid but accurate and honest. He embarked on a journey and was not only there every step of the way he oversaw all the twists and turns that went with doing a makeover has and never broke a sweat to ensure we not only maximised the best outcome but also did it efficiently and expediently. He never missed a step through what was a detailed and complicated process. His associated specialist, stylists, tradespeople were all amazing and very cost-effective also. And you can tell a good agent when all the trades want a matt Lorimer sale to excel, it speaks absolute volumes about the calibre of the agent. Also, he will not give up until you have achieved the best possible result and you are happy, he is driven to a whole other level! And to top all of this off he is a lovely bloke! One who I now consider a friend (never thought I would say that about a Real Estate Agent!) I would have absolutely no reservation to recommend Matt if you are looking to sell in the West Pymble and greater area, he and his assistant Lee are "Top Shelf" and you are in the safest of pair of hands.
