Jacki is amazing and very professional in every way
We are first time property investors and we had a wonderful experience dealing with Jacki of Louis Carr. Jacki is amazing and very professional in every way. She patiently answers all our questions and organize everything for us very promptly. She regularly give us updates and put so much effort to ensure that we find a suitable tenant for our unit in such a short time. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Jacki’s professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded our expectations. She is unique in her own manners ,knowledgeable, pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping us to meet our needs, Within a few days after we had told we would like to list our property, she was able to identify all the things we would require to have the property listed and find good tenants. Fantastic team
Thankyou to the team at Louis Carr who have leased two of our properties out. They have quality tenants at the right price in a challenging market at times. Their level of detail from vetting of tenants to property inspections was fantastic. The service upfront is fantastic as well as the ongoing management. I have recommended others to them and will continue to do so.
