I would like to thank our house agent, Chloe Velasco for her excellent service provided throughout the process. Melody has been managing my property since 2017. Found her very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Sorts out issues with Strata if any and I completely trust her ability to manage the property

Siobhan and team were able to rent out our property in just 1 open house! It took just 3 days from the moment we signed them on as our agents to take the photos, put the board up, list the property and first inspection. Everything was done efficiently. Communications was quick and we received very timely responses. We were able to rent out our property at a higher than expected rate. Highly recommended!
