Fantastic service and advice
I had the pleasure of Adrian assistance with the recent sale of my property in Castle Hill. Adrian’s knowledge of the recent sales history in the area was exceptional, which gave me confidence of accepting a fair price. He was proactive with his communication, was always available for any questions or concerns we had, and achieved a great outcome for us. Excellent Experience

Exceptional and Hard Working
After being with a very known agency in the North Kellyville – Kellyville area for 3 months to only be told by the agent that we “can’t sell your property I suggest you go and find another agent” in which we approached Adrian from Louis Carr Castle Hill We found Adrian easy to work with and very knowledgeable in the hills area, committed to what he believes in and works with you from beginning to the end. I found him to be honest and genuine to what he says and as a outcome and being on the market in less than a week with Adrian from Louis Carr Castle Hill our home was under contract and was sold very impressive, I believe. Adrian makes the process very easy for the buyers and the sellers as he works very hard to achieve fantastic results. Great Experience
My experience with Paul Woolford, the estate agent who sold my home was a very positive experience. I was quite anxious about the whole thing ie selling the house, going to auction and making decisions about what to do in relation to the sale of the house. Paul was very helpful in regards to guiding me as to what improvements I needed to make to enhance the look of the home. He assisted me by buying and spreading pebbles on the back garden, trimming some over grown bushes etc, arranging a handy man to fix a few things around the home, setting up the company for the styling of the home just to mention a few. With the open homes he contacted me each time and outlined what had taken place during the open home. He out lined what he would be doing in response to the offers and interest in the home. I did ask for Paul's opinion when it was time to make decisions and he gave me useful ideas and opinions and didn't try to influence my decisions. My experience with Paul was a positive one and I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent who is willing to be of great assisstance to the client during the sale of the home.
