Adrian and Dean were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the local market. They always took the time to fully update me and answer all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble, and as I listed in lockdown, they even did some minor repairs around the house to get it ready for sale - the pool glass is still glistening after they cleaned it! We met Adrian when looking at another property where we could not meet buyers expectations and Adrian was completely respectful about this. Adrian did not follow up or chase us in the interim about all the properties he had in the meantime (which was our preference), and then when we saw another one we liked he worked with us to view the property at short notice, and negotiate a competitive but fair price which both sides were happy with. He has been so easy to work with throughout the process and you never get the feeling you are putting him out or making his work more difficult even though I am sure you are. Thanks for all the help in such a difficult market!
