Fantastic sales approach

Durung our 3 month intensive search for property, Paul is a standout compared to other agents. He is friendly, approachable, knowledgable, took time to discuss and understand our needs/concerns, non pushy nor arrogant, and seek to establish rapport. Excellent service

Working with Adrian has been a real pleasure. He made our buying journey really easy and stress free by being always responsive ( no matter what time of the day) and open to all our request. We have been in the market for a while now and the inpression we had before working with Adrian, is that an agent only cares about the Vendors. Adrian changed that idea by showing that he cares for buyers as well, by going out of his way and helping and guiding us throughout the process. Michael was the selling agent of a property we ultimately bought

Peace of mind

The process of moving interstate was stressful enough without having also to worry about selling our Castle Hill home of 12 years. Paul and the team at Loui Carr certainly made it as smooth as possible and put our minds at ease with selling our home. Not only the sale but minor renovations needed to be done to make the home presentable and this was all done while we weren’t present and over seen by Paul.
