Best of the best!
Paul was an absolute delight to deal with through the whole sale process. He was always professional and honest with any feedback he received and kept us informed the whole way through until sale. Paul was always available to answer my calls, no matter what time or day you called he would happily answer any questions at put my mind at ease. Unheard of with an agent! Good Principal dealer
Michael is very professional. Very informative and with good insight about the property market. With a very good presentation skill and always reply to your concerns or issue. Besides selling the house on behalf of the vendor, Michael also got very good relationship with banks, in order to recommend potential buyer to look for financial services such as mortgage loan, construction loans ...etc..

so good they sold it twice
I have known Michael for over 15 years and whilst I did try initially to buy a house from him, i did eventually sell a house with him.... and actually sold it twice! ... we had agreed a purchase price and sold but the buyer pulled out in the cooling off period due to funds, however a few weeks later another buyer was secured and the price we were seeking was secured by Micheal and his team. Why did I choose Micheal, his team and Louis Carr, it really was because they had a new innovative approach to assisting vendors with the necessary detail relating to the sale and having this available to me in a single secure portal called ezecomply, accessible 24/7, i was not inundated with emails, sms's and telephone calls it was all in the portal for me to access in my time.

A new unique approach with a vendor portal
Louis Carr and Adrian provided a unique offering in the real estate market, a vendor portal, basically all the information relating to the sale of my home was in one place and accessible 24/7 .... this really made a difference and the first time I have seen this approach, well done guys. Adrian and the principle Micheal Roberts were very focused and in fact sold our house twice in 10 weeks

Excellent Agent
