He has proved to be a good communicator as well as a good listener. Greg kept us informed throughout the process of the sale which, incidentally, took five days before the house was sold. The price suggested by Greg was very close to what was achieved. Greg was able to advise us on all aspects of the sale and was able to organise a handyman expeditiously to complete the minor repairs that the building inspector pointed out to us. A hallmark of Greg is his punctuality. He is absolutely fastidious about being on time for all appointments. We are really happy with the service provided by Greg and would, without any hesitation, recommend him as a real estate agent.

Greg and Jessica were a great team in selling our house. Although Jess was the main contact point we benefited from having Greg’s expertise in the Cherrybrook market to advise us on preparing our house to sell and where to position it to get the best sale. We received excellent advice on how to present the house and garden for sale and they advised us on good, local tradies who could do small repair or maintenance work. The marketing programme was effective in attracting suitable buyers and the resulting sale price and time in the market were great.
