Expert advise on Cherrybrook real estate market
Greg and Jess are indeed the #1 team in Cherrybrook. They provided expert advise and helpful suggestions to present & market our home, enabling us to realize good value for home in a tricky market that was starting to decline. Greg also has a good team of handymen, conveyance person and stylists to support the sale process.

We sold our house with Greg and Jessica in July 2022, this is the first time we’re on the seller side, so new to everything. Greg and Jessica did a great job keep our involvement as minimum, from styling to landscaping we just followed their instructions. Regarding the sale price, we’re very happy with it especially when seeing so many equivalent properties hanging there without even a single offer, we’re lucky to get offer faster at reasonable price. so highly recommend!
