I couldn't have been happier with my choice of Greg Nicolson as the vendor for my Cherrybrook home. Having never sold a house by myself before I needed to have 'trust' as the main priority throughout the sale. Greg and his partner Jess allayed all my fears. Greg's professional knowledge was exceptional but I never felt as if I was being given the 'sales pitch'. I also felt extremely comfortable in ringing to ask questions, and never felt as if I was being rushed off the phone. Greg was friendly and engaging but at all times professional. He helped present my home in tip-top condition, and helped keep me calm at auction time. The final sales price was beyond my expectation and I believe was a 'record sale' at that time.
