I was impressed by Greg and Jess's professionalism from start to finish. They were recommended to us by a neighbour who had sold 18 months beforehand. In the intervening time they kept us informed on the market, but at no stage crossed the line of being intrusive. They were prepared to wait for us. As the agent of the vendor, he sought the best possible outcome for us and was very accurate upfront with his estimate of the pricing. I would recommend Greg abd Jess for their knowledge of the Cherrybrook market and their strong negotiating skills . He and his firm Louis Carr are good communicators and will keep you up to date and feeling comfortable at each stage of the transaction.
