Greg is very knowledgeable about the market trends. Even though he is very much sales orientated, he does take the time to listen to buyer expectation and needs. He follows up weekly and tries his best to recommend houses that fall within buyer expectation even though the house is not under his agency. Further he takes the time to accommodate inspection request out of the normal inspection schedule. Last but not least, his communication has been clear and professional. So far, it has been a pleasure working with him on procuring the house I like.

Greg set a standard from the start, when we needed to select an Estate Agency he left us with a detailed market analysis and a further request to view our property to determine market value. I did not think we were ready to go to the market. Although we have tried to keep it in good order, our home needed repairs before going to the market. I was worried it would take six months and $60,000 to make my home ready for the market. Greg said it should only take a month and he assisted us in organizing tradesmen to make the repairs. Ther repairs included a quality staging, resurfacing kitchen counter top, electrical repairs and replacement of dated lightning, and much more, but the total cost came in under $20,000. We are very happy with the sale price of our property, but he has continued to support us we approach settlement. My family will always be grateful to Greg, Jessica and Louis and Carr Realty.
