Greg is very knowledgeable about the market trends. Even though he is very much sales orientated, he does take the time to listen to buyer expectation and needs. He follows up weekly and tries his best to recommend houses that fall within buyer expectation even though the house is not under his agency. Greg set a standard from the start, when we needed to select an Estate Agency he left us with a detailed market analysis and a further request to view our property to determine market value. I did not think we were ready to go to the market. Although we have tried to keep it in good order, our home needed repairs before going to the market.
