Our experiences with Greg and Jessica can hardly be putting into a few sentences. It’s more than awesome as the first word come to mind. We have been trying to sell our property last spring with another agent, but failed to get even a decent quote in 3 months. With that frustration, we switched to Louis Carr, but was prepared it could be a long process as well. Louis Carr has also busted one myth that we had in mind. We thought it will be difficult for them to engage with Chinese buyers for not speaking Mandarin. But Greg was not only able to secure a good deal, but also proved to have no barrier in engaging with many Chinese buyers, and even got us an excellent price number. I’d strongly recommend any vendor who thinks similarly as we did before to think again. Choosing an agent based on language or culture does not provide any edge, it’s all about experiences, knowledge in the market, and value selling.
