It was a great experience as Greg knows the real estate market really well and communication was very transparent throughout the sale process. I would highly recommend Greg Nicolson to anyone who is planning or thinking of selling their house.

Having approached three separate agencies, we selected the team of Greg Nicolson and Jessica Campbell from Louis Carr Cherrybrook to undertake the sale of our property. From their initial approach we were impressed with their knowledge of the area and understanding of our requirements. They immediately provide us with appropriaate contacts to best present our property and gave us confidence that we would achieve the desired result, all without the need of a high pressure sales pitch. The continued support and updates during the sale period, including advice on whether or not to accept offers resulted in an outcome that totally met our expectations. I have confidence in recommending Greg and his team for any property sale.

Emily was very responsive and accommodating. We had to change plans to inspect the property and Emily made it happen despite the short notice. She is very friendly and consistently shown her professionalism throughout the buying process. We couldn't have made this purchase a success with Emily's help. Thank you so much for making our first home purchase a dream come true! Well done to Louis Carr for having a great member in your team.

We could not be happier with Jessica. Jessica was proactive, gave great advice on how we can present our property and in general was across everything she needed to be. Jessica went above and beyond to help present our house as we could not always be there, and cleaned up around the house including the pool to make sure it was presented as best as possible. We sold our house higher than our reserve thanks to Jessica's efforts. In both our opinions Jessica is the best agent we have dealt with.
Jessica Campbell
We have sold two houses with Jess and Greg - both were excellent experiences. They are suburb experts, great communicators and strong negotiators. Absolutely second to none.

Some years ago we invited Jessica and Greg to value our home. Being so impressed with their knowledge and positive attitude, and great personalities, we decided when the time was right, we would have them sell our home. Jessica and Greg were absolute professionals in selling our home and kept us informed the whole way with very comprehensive activity reports, etc… We knew it would be a difficult house to sell being tri-level and an unusual layout. Their marketing skills shone through. We would most happily recommend anyone to sell their home through Louis Carr Real Estate, Jessica, Greg and their sales team.

We have just had our property sold and we are astounded by the commitment, effort and professionalism provided by Greg, Jess and the team. Greg has a very calm yet meticulous way of doing what he needs to do. Never was there any pressure to make decisions, yet never a detail missed too. No matter what situation you are in, his soothing manner will always provide you with a more level-headed view. Greg will never forget any detail too, so you can sure to trust him with the everyday managing of your property. Another wonderful aspect of the team, especially Greg our no 1 contact, is their humourous and professionalism, two contrasting elements they make go so well together. Greg’s calm demeanor is because of 16 years of dedication that has led him to the state he is in now. Such levels of convincing, clarification and effort is second to none. In fact, some people go to multiple agencies before deciding on one agent, but I knew that Greg and the team were the best, the second I talked to them. His amusing remarks is what you need in times when you are selling or buying property. He has a torrent of funny snippets that melt away all worry. I simply can’t forget about Jess too. She has the same positive qualities as Greg. She crafts amazingly detailed weekly reports and has helped us immensely through the whole process. In general, buying and selling homes is such an important part of all our lives. Greg and the team are perfect to guide you through. I was honestly so speechless with their abilities and support. If you are looking for a dedicated, confident and professional real estate agent to help you, look no further than Greg and the team. Once again, Thank you so much Greg, Jess, Emily and Olivia for all the time and effort you have put in.
