Jennifer was excellent to deal with, the sale process was explained clearly, the valuation was very close to the final sale price. The advise re what needed to be done to maximise the value of the property was spot on, and Jennifer was very helpful in managing the process of making the improvements happen during a period of lockdown because of COVID-19. The viewing of the property by potential buyers was managed very well, and we were given timely notice to ensure we were able to have the property ready for inspection on time.
