In 2018, we purchased the 23 Peartree House in Pennant Hill through Jenny & William Carr. We have been entrusting William Carr with the task of renting and managing it ever since. Back then, William Carr was truly a handsome young man. Seven years later, due to changes in our family situation during this period, our daughter was born. Thus, in July 2025, we entrusted William Carr to help us sell this property again. During this sales process, William Carr's sales skills, just like his age, became increasingly mature. At that time, several clients expressed interest in purchasing this property, but the prices they offered did not meet our expectations, so we did not reach a deal.
