William Carr from from the Louis Carr West Pennant Hills office recently sold our family property. He came highly recommended from another party, and he demonstrated a professional manner throughout the entire sale process. He maintained a personal approach and kept us fully informed on a daily basis until the house was sold. William personally organised several trades people to carry out improvements to the house prior to it being listed for sale. We felt very comfortable with his advice and at no times did we feel under any pressure whatsoever to accept initial sales offers made by buyers during the process. For these reasons, I am rating William as a five star agent. I wish there were more of his calibre in the industry.

They displayed detailed knowledge of the local area for both property market and all the ancillary aspects that are important when buying and selling property including, transport, schools, services and all amenity offered in the local area.
