My wife and I spent several months preparing our house for market. During this time we also researched the market closely and attended many open homes and auctions in the local area. One agent stood out head and shoulders above the others. We noticed that this agent consistently achieved sales more quickly and at a higher level than the others. Similar houses in similar streets were achieving sales with tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars difference. When we turned our attention to the agents it became clear why.
