George was direct and honest with us from the start, he didn't try to oversell how much he thought we could get for our property or try to promise us the moon. His approach was more to be upfront whilst remaining steadfast in his confidence that we would get the result we wanted. He worked hard on inspections - often doing 3 hour sessions to get viewers through the property under COVID restrictions - and was happy to spend time with us giving his feedback and thoughts on how the process was going. He advised us twice that we could raise our price range given feedback, which we were able to do with confidence based on viewings and George's interactions with potential buyers. We were hopeful to draw an offer before auction, and this is exactly what George was able to attain for us. We were very happy with the sale and with George as an agent, he worked hard to get the result we wanted and at no point promised anything he didn't deliver. Would highly recommend.
