A very satisfied client!!!!
I found Josh to be very friendly , approachable and easy to talk to. He presented himself in a professional manner. Josh kept in contact but was not pushy. He communicated clearly and effectively. Josh knew what my house was worth and I was extremely lucky due to him to get a bit more. I was very satisfied with the whole experience and have no hesitation in recommending Josh to other clients!
