Loyal Property Chatswood was established in 1995 by Raymond Yam and Jimmy Liu. Both Raymond and Jimmy are migrants from Hong Kong with strong experience in property sales, leasing, management and finance. Our office is located in the CBD of Chatswood on Victoria Avenue, which acts as a thoroughfare to the rail station, Westfield and Chatswood Chase Shopping Centre. We provide a range of services including sales, leasing and management of residential and commercial properties, as well as assisting corporate clients in asset management of commercial property. Through strong connections with investors from overseas, we also strive to engage clients in commercial and residential properties for investment purposes. Our main coverage is properties in Sydney Metropolitan areas with a special focus in Lower and Upper North Shore. Our sales team comprises of migrants from Hong Kong, Korea and Mainland China. All of them possess extensive experience, as well as a professional and friendly attitude. As a result, we have been able to build a loyal clientele group over the years. Our goal is to keep building upon our reputation, by providing the highest standard of services to our valued clients through a combination of local expertise and professional integrity. In 2022, we have set up Property Showroom, a new initiative that focuses on selling off plan projects. We have a team of experienced salespersons looking after our clients in that space. Through expansion and cooperation with the Hong Kong branch, we have built a strong network that connects both local and overseas buyers to our properties. It is the common goal of all staff at Loyal Property Chatswood to maintain professional and quality service to all our clients in the handling of their property matters with sincerity, honesty and integrity.
