We had a very good experience working with Carlos (and his team), as he helped sell my mother-in-law's house. He was professional, kind and hard working. He even visited her in the hospital to keep her updated on the process, during what was obviously a very emotional time for her and the family. He kept us updated as needed - not too much, not too little. Always responsive via text and phone, with emails being a secondary form of communication.
