Tom looked after the marketing of our Brisbane home alongside Natalie and Kathleen, and his contribution was substantial. Tom's job was to work out what story our property should tell — which qualities to lead with, how to frame them, and who the message should be aimed at. We had planned a four to five week campaign ending in auction; instead the first weekend produced multiple competing offers, one above our expectations, and the home sold by private treaty in under ten days. That doesn't happen unless the right people are walking through the door already valuing the same things about it that we did.
