Tom doesn’t just turn up with pamphlets in hand and a for sale sign, he’ll run around with a vacuum, blower - anything you need help with to get your house ready for open house. He’s personable without being salesman like. A great communicator. I always felt like every query/concern was addressed and answered. Even after my property sold and my daughter had something mailed to the house I sold by accident, Tom communicated with new owners for me - so my daughter could collect her package. Five stars!

Tom looked after the marketing of our Brisbane home alongside Natalie and Kathleen, and his contribution was substantial. The execution across every piece of the go-to-market material was top-notch and thoroughly professional. Copy, imagery and layout hung together and pointed in the same direction, and the standard never slipped. The property was presented in the best possible light while remaining entirely honest about what it was, a harder balance to strike than it sounds. The results spoke for themselves. We had planned a four to five week campaign ending in auction; instead the first weekend produced multiple competing offers, one above our expectations, and the home sold by private treaty in under ten days. That doesn't happen unless the right people are walking through the door already valuing the same things about it that we did. Tom was also a pleasure to deal with — responsive, open to input, and quietly confident without ever being precious about it.
