"Queen of Casuarina!"
I wanted to write this review by way of a heartfelt thank you to Lorna and her wonderful team. It has been a long journey for us to find the perfect beach home for our family. I met Lorna over 12 months ago and I was so impressed by her local market knowledge and insights, communication, credibility and negotiation. Throughout our journey, Lorna was always available to chat to, and rapport was readily established. Not only did Lorna eventually find our perfect beach house, but she provided insightful advice and recommendations to facilitate a smooth sale process. Again, Lorna's recommendation of a local law firm - Stuart Garrett Lawyers were brilliant. The conveyancer, Katrina Bell was professional, approachable and communication was excellent. She was always prompt to answer any questions and kept the sale contract process streamlined. I have no hesitation in recommending Lorna and her team to my friends, family and colleagues. They are a dynamic team and as described perfectly by one the vendors of our property -Lorna is truly the "Queen of Casuarina!"

Professional and pragmatic, keeps it real
Young enough still to seem genuine, (hopefully that doesn't change), but appears to have a genuine, deep knowledge of the local market. Property was priced appropriately, Brent respected our request for space through the process and only reported what was deemed necessary. The sale was fairly seamless, with the logistics of us being away from the sale region not an issue in the end. Job well done.

Highly recommend!
Brent is a super knowledgeable on the local area, having been raised here. He knows exactly what property is doing along the entire Tweed Coast. He is friendly, enthusiastic and always kept us in the loop. He always responded to our questions immediately and went above and beyond in making our purchase as easy as possible. Highly recommend him if you are thinking of selling.

So professional & responsive
Our experience with Lorna waa nothing short of exceptional. She took time to work through some unusal circumstances on our side (we were overseas at time property was on market) and Lorna went above and beyond. Lorna is professional, tells it straight, and will keep in touch throughout every stage of the process. She has detailed market knowledge. Post transaction Lorna has helped with details to save us time, without hesitation or request. The marketing of the property was amazing and social media plus database activity created a huge response. I recommend Lorna and LS without hesitation.

Best of the best
I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and I can honestly say Brent was the best agent I have come across. He went out of his way to communicate and help out wherever he could as the property was empty during the selling period Brent would make sure the new landscaping was watered and put the sprinklers on when he was there. He would call with updates immediately with any news. He was honest and hard working. I would recommend Brent to anyone looking for an agent his area. Thanks Brent for a great job.

The best agent in northern NSW!
Brent is exactly what you want in an agent. A true local who is friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and extremely helpful and well connected if you're looking to renovate or build.
