Lucas Real Estate helped lease this property

Handled a difficult tenancy eviction extremely well

I had the misfortune to have a difficult tenant (background checks had not revealed any issues with this person!) and Lucas were extremely professional and knowledgeable in the process of eviction and subsequent property damage claims that were needed. I was overseas while they handled everything, and I am very happy with the speed and method that my property has been restored and re-let since that time.
