With a passion for property management and customer service, Dylan accepted the challenge of further developing our Property Management business and in January 2013 was appointed as a Director of Lucas Real Estate. Providing an unparalleled customer experience and a specialised management service throughout the inner urban areas of Melbourne, Dylan is renowned for his no-nonsense approach and enjoys an excellent reputation within the industry, being recognised as the 2015 Property Manager of the Year by the Real Estate Institute of Australia, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the Real Estate Results Network. With 13 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Melissa brings a comprehensive understanding of the property market in Melbourne. With a career spanning roles in reception, property management and sales, the long term focus has been on business development management, where she has found her place at Lucas. The core of Melissa’s work is a passion for customer service. Thriving on building relationships, negotiating outcomes and problem-solving, Melissa is sure to deliver exceptional results for both property owners and tenants alike. She specialises in helping rental providers lease their properties quickly and efficiently while supporting tenants to secure homes that suit their needs.
