Very professional. John organised all the trades for sprucing up the townhouse and the furniture to make it look the best I have ever seen it. We sold prior to auction at well above the reserve. He kept us in the loop with negotiations and nothing was a problem for him to do. This is the second sale he has done for us and am glad to recommend him to anyone.

He answered all the questions politely and honestly without any pressure and suggested best options for me to decided and was willing to go the distance upon requested.
