Mal certainly knows the market, and his property appraisal was very accurate. His marketing plan was very professional as was they way he conducted his open homes and the additional viewings he organised. However we did feel that he didn't communicate as much as we thought he would, and the communication between us and the office/admin staff was often contrary to what Mal had said. All in all the process was satisfactory and we sold well.

Joanne is very professional and always informs you of what's going on and after every open home, rings to inform you of how many attended and what they thought of the property. She goes the extra mile to make sure things are right for the open home, we were away and Joanne cleared away dust from the balcony and wiped the furniture. We felt comfortable ringing any time for information if we needed it and Joanne also conversed with our solicitor for information needed by any potential buyers. Seriously, the very hardest thing to do is find an agent when you are from another state. The whole process when we purchased 4 years ago & then when selling recently, we met & interviews 19 agents.
