On top of his kind and gentle personality, John is very diligent and went out of his way to make us, buyers, happy. This is not to be taken for granted as after all, he is paid by the seller, not buyer.... We were the final bidders in auction that was closed below reserve and John persistently went back and forth between us and the vendor, to make the deal happen. We will definitely use John when we sell our next property on the Gold Coast
