I found Mal Pendo to be very well informed of the market I was selling in and appreciated very much his expertise and professionalism. We purchased a property through Barbara and found her very helpful so we listed our property with her. The selling period was over Xmas so not an easy time but it went well and she achieved the price we wanted. It also involved including some of the furniture and Barbara had to organize that as well so there was extra work involved. All went smoothly and settlement was on time.
