John took over the sale of my home after one of his colleagues whom I initially appointed, retired on short notice. This was a bit unsettling at first, but after one or two face to face meetings, I knew a successful sale (achieving my asking price with substantially extended settlement terms to suit me) would result. Helping to bridge the changeover was Kirsty in the background, who provided support to both salespersons. John recommended some timely fine tuning changes to the sales process, including a move to auction. It goes without saying that John is highly professional and motivated. What impressed me the most was his attentiveness to the vendor’s needs and aspirations, as well as his calm and constructive counsel. Moreover, he was constantly communicating with vendor and potential buyers in a proactive but unobtrusive manner. It is pleasing to see the depth of talent at Lucy Cole, because John’s predecessor Jim Sherrah is a legend in the TSS Southport area and beyond. John has demonstrated again he is more than capable of representing Lucy Cole Prestige anywhere on the Gold Coast and achieving superior outcomes for his clients.
