In the initial sale of the property John was working into his own hours to ensure we had the home. He works very hard for both the seller and buyer. We were the buyers and John was very face to face and forthcoming with all information. If he didn’t know he was straight onto the seller. He had great ideas about the home and it’s potential. A few years ago I jointly purchased a property with my mother for her to live in and we did this with the assistance of Chris Boshoff who showed us numerous properties and provided us with unbiased and factual advice. My mother has now passed and it was time to sell the property. Chris provided fantastic support throughout this process. Covid19 meant I was unable to travel to the property to prepare it for sale and Chris went out of his way to manage the departure of existing tenants, arrange repairs and styling for sale and dispose of unwanted furniture. We achieved an excellent price in a short period of time no doubt because Chris presents as both knowledgeable and trustworthy. Nothing was too much trouble for Chris, he is a man of his word, and I would certainly recommend him to my family and friends and would not hesitate to seek out his services again in the future.

John has sold two of our properties on the Gold Coast. The first property was sold at the onset of Covid 19, 2020. John managed to get a great sale during such uncertain times. We were very pleased with the outcome of this sale. The second property was sold in February 2021. We didn't want open for inspection times or an advertising campaign. We agreed it would be sold "off market" with only advertising done on realestate.com The property was sold within a week of it hitting the internet for a record price. John has been utterly outstanding. His professionalism, his knowledge and his warmth towards his clients is second to none. The initial assessment of market price was way off and the auction did not attract buyers in the right price bracket however John was committed and professional throughout and his communication was excellent. He managed to sell the house shortly after auction at a price we were willing to accept in order to move on and avoid a lengthy sales campaign.
