Mal ,was extremely approachable . Very organised .He went out of his way to assist in the sale and that settlement was organised . There was a couple of issues with documentation not being completed by overseas seller . Mal organised early ownership . I was extremely happy with the service he provided . I live in NSW and needed an agent to not only sell my property but care for it (sort out small issues and put things back in their place) in a tough falling market. Someone with advanced skills, immediate rapport and great negotiation skills. Someone who not only knows the market but has the experience to know people too. I had already heard positive feedback about Lucy Cole's Prestige Properties and decided to give them a go. I'm not one for shopping around and engaging with multiple companies but rather more interested in getting great service from people who actually know what they are taking about.
