Friendly and Efficient with a plan to sell!
When I met Melinda, I had a couple of previous poor experiences with other agents. We used Luke Goggin earl Estate as our property manager after we struggled to sell the property previously. When I spoke to Melinda- she had a plan from the start and kept me well informed all the way through include weekends and after hours. We sold my property after a week on market. Other agents couldn’t sell inn12 months. Highly recommend Melinda and her team if you are looking to sell or rent a property. They are great!!!

Coming from out of town, I happened to be in Bendigo when Melinda told me a property I was interested in was back on the market. She managed to get me a private inspection within hours to save me coming back. She was thorough, honest, professional and very helpful at all stages of the property purchase process.

A Daunting Prospect, Made Easy.
I was feeling very overwhelmed by the prospect of putting the house on the market. It was a difficult and emotionally draining time. I had no experience, and no idea of what I was meant to do. From the very start, Melinda was understanding and supportive, and confident that we would have a positive outcome. She displayed a very strong knowledge of the current market, and had excellent ideas about ways to improve the appeal of the home in order to attract the best possible price. I felt fully confident in leaving everything in her hands; she communicated with me regularly,and always included me in any decision making. She was incredibly efficient at organizing maintenance and arranging viewings, and she kept me in the loop at all times. The house sold very quickly, and settlement etc was completed with minimal fuss or delay. It was such a relief to me, and I was very satisfied with the final outcome. Melinda has an open, friendly manner, which makes you feel valued. Her presentation is impeccable, and her efficient professionalism is always apparent in the way she goes about the job.
