Chris was brilliant to deal with. A few hiccups along the way but Chris went out of his way to help rectify the problems to the best of his ability. I definitely recommend Chris as an agent

Amazing customer service
I can't say how much I am impressed with Chris, he has great communication skills and was always available to help in any matter that presented itself. I would be more than happy to work with him again when i next purchase another property.

Great agent!
We purchased a house from Adrian last year and were very happy with the service we received. Adrian met us at the place at times convenient to us for inspections and kept in regular contact with us throughout the whole process. Adrian was really easy to deal with as a buyer and we're really happy he was the agent who sold us our house!

Outstanding dedicated agent.
Adrian is a dedicated, enthusiastic agent who dedicates himself on his client's satisfaction. He went to great lengths to achieve a remarkable result on my house. Not only was Adrian available every time I called him with silly questions, he even offered to help get my house and landscaping ready for photos and open homes - something which is not part of his job description. He helped rearrange my furniture for photos, helped me move granite pavers and even organised cleaners to come and wash Windows that were out of my reach. This shows how dedicated Adrian is in achieving the best results for his clients. He truly is an amazing agent and with this amount of dedication and enthusiasm he will truly make a name for himself within the real estate industry.

Purchasing in Crace AT 2911
Adrian represented the vendor in our purchase by negotiation of a residence he had listed in Crace. We found him personable, professional and cooperative. We had numerous questions before we made a final offer and they were always followed up promptly. We would be surprised if the vendor was not very happy with Adrian and we would certainly use him in that capacity if the need arose.

Trustworthy, likable agent
Nick sold our house for us recently. We found him to be extremely honest and very easy to get along with. He talked us through the process, offering advice throughout. We followed all of his recommendations and ended up extremely pleased with the end result. We would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Promised me too many things when came to see me. After I sign the sales contract, he just gave whole responsibility to his assistance who was dealing with me until the sale. Nick didn't even bother to ring me even after the sale. Would not recommend to anyone.

We used Nick Paine and Katice Velnaar of Luton Properties after being referred by a friend. The process was so simple and Nick was extremely responsive, we never waited more than a couple of hours for emails. Nick and Katrice were very helpful and sent us everything we needed. They also answered any questions we had quickly and helpfully. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend Luton Properties and inparticular Nick and Katrice to anyone wanting to simplify the selling process.
