3-4 stars: I think you should offer a range...

3-4 stars: I think you should offer a range. Kellie was great to work with but 2020 proved a long and difficult year and one which an agent couldn't easily anticipate. Buyers were looking to take advantage of the poor state of the market and it took until January 2021 ie over a year - for an appropriate offer to come through. I'm glad we both stuck it out. Some of your questions need to be more open-ended or offer a space to write in. I didn't have an auction so you need to provide a 'no auction held' response.
