Worst agent ever - does not answer or return calls!!!

I would highly recommend finding another agent to sell with. If you are buying you are in trouble as this agent is unable to do one of the only jobs required of them - answer or return a phone call. If you are lucky enough to get a copy of the contract simply forward correspondence through the sellers solicitor as this agent is doing a massive disservice to their seller. This review also applies to her daddy - Richard Luton - really not sure why buyers list with them considering how many amazing agents are out there!

Great agent, easy to work with, excellent communication

Kate was great throughout the whole process of selling our place - always on top of things and excellent communication. She was easy to deal with and we didn’t have to worry about all the details because she was all over it. Would definitely recommend.

The best realestate agent I’ve ever met!

Kate is a fantastic agent! She was very hospitable and knowledgeable from the first engagement. Kate was very up-front and transparent which made me feel comfortable buying from her. Kate was great on comms, always responding to me promptly and following me up when needed, in a courteous way but without pressure. I felt really well looked after by Kate, who was genuine and warm from first inspection to key collection.
