Mina is an experienced agent who has excellent communication skills. She has proved herself to be both helpful and flexible. We are based in Sydney but moving to Canberra, Mina was sympathetic to our needs and made every effort to fit in with our availability while visiting Canberra. This was evident from our initial website contact with her requesting a private inspection of the property prior to the open house to other subsequent requests to view / access the property prior to and after exchange. She was very enthusiastic about the property without a tendency to “ oversell” it. She played a vital role in negotiating the sale of the property advocating for the vendor but also for us.
