We made a mistake with timings on the morning of the inspection and unfortunately got to the property after Michael had left. We called him and he spoke to the owners and came straight back to allow us to inspect the property. The entire time he was polite enthusiastic and incredibly helpful, without being at all pushy. Not being from the ACT he was also a wealth of knowledge regarding the process and how it differed to QLD. Michael was an excellent agent, and I would happily sell or buy another property through him in the future. Definitely one of the best I've dealt with.
