Couldn't ask for a better team. Would highly recommend them. We were so pleased with the assistance Tim and Justine gave us in selling our home and nothing was too much trouble. They were professional, knowledgable, punctual and courteous with all of their dealings with us and we are sure the same would have applied in their interactions with prosoectivr buyers. Just what you want during the chaotic time of renovating / selling one house and moving into another. We were very happy with the price and the Burkes were realistic with the advice they gave us. Their assistant Ashleigh was great too.

I was more than pleased with the way Tim and Justine handled my recent house sale. From first exploratory contact they latched on to the location opportunity offered by the site.and they related to my hopes for the way the sale was presented to likely buyers. Their advice on preparing the house for viewing was tasteful and effective. The quality of promotional photos was such that I wondered if this was really the place I lived in. All in all a very satisfactory outcome so I have no hesitation in making a recommendation to others.
