Despite our over optimistic expectations of a sale price in the current softening market in the week preceding the Auction, Maurice and his team were honest and candid on our prospects so when the day came, we were well prepared. Indeed, their estimates were absolutely spot on to the dollar. So in many ways, their industry experience prepared us for the hard reality of the current market environment. Moving on, the team also referred to us several contractors who assisted in preparing the property for sale.
